A life-long resident of Waterloo Region and a Professional Engineer by trade, Jim Gies is a second-generation land developer and builder who prides himself on leaving a positive, lasting impression on the streets where he has chosen to build. He lives on one of these streets with his wife, two kids and their dog, in a neighbourhood built by James Gies Construction. He knows that satisfied customers make good neighbours!

Jim ensures his homes meet the highest standard by focusing his time on the construction site rather than in his office. He personally oversees each stage, from choosing creative, practical designs to exceptional final finishes.
